Imitating the Dog has been creating and touring original performance work since 1998. Pete Brooks, Andrew Quick and Simon Wainwright are the Artistic Directors and their work has built a company with a unique reputation in the UK, Europe and internationally.
On the 100th anniversary of the 1st World War, Marche Teatro and British Council support the Italian tour of Imitating the Dog, with this original production of Ernest Hemingway's A Farewell to Arms. ItD, fuses video projection, beautiful stage design and original music, to create an extraordinary adaptation of Hemingway’s powerful meditation on love and the brutality of modern warfare.
