Aptis ESOL is a computer-based English test by the British Council, administered in supervised sessions. It is regulated by Ofqual (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation in England) and assesses four skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Aptis ESOL is approved by AICLU, the Association of Italian University Language Centres and it is included in its recommended list of high-stakes quality language certifications for universities. Aptis ESOL is recognised by a growing list of Italian universities. Click here to see the full list.
