Role overview

The British Council in Milan is looking to recruit one experienced and qualified part-time EFL teacher for classes beginning in October. Experience with adult classes of 10-14 students is essential and experience with teaching children and/or business classes an advantage. Must be available for work on Saturdays.

Minimum requirements:

• a formal EFL teaching qualification (CELTA/CTESOL or equivalent).

• 2 years post qualification teaching experience - Adults, Young Learners, Exam preparation and Business English.

• a certificate of your level of English (IELTS 9 or Proficiency level), if you are a non-native speaker, and documents demonstrating you are eligible to work in Italy.
