Our training step by step

Step 1: Contact us
For more information, to organise tailor-made courses for you or your company, book a level test, or receive an offer. 

Step 2: Discussion and Needs Analysis
We work with you to establish your training needs and create the right proposal for your organisation. Let us know by e-mail, phone or we can arrange a visit. 

Step 3: Placement test
Every participant completes a level assessment. The course objectives are set out at the start based on the result of the level test, so expectations can be managed and aims clearly met. 

Step 4: Proposal and Contract
We will send you a training proposal and course outline with course timings and cost. Once you approve, we issue the contract.

Step 5: Evaluation and progress
Individual and group feedback takes place throughout and at the end of each course to ensure training aims are being met. All courses include action planning to enhance your return on investment.

Step 6: Report and Certificate
Every participant who attends a minimum of 75% of their course receives a personalised report and British Council attendance certificate. The report outlines progress and makes specific recommendations for future training.
