FameLab is the world’s leading science communication competition. Participants have just three minutes to win over the judges and crowd with a scientific talk that excels for its content, clarity and charisma. This year's edition is part of the National Geographic Festival delle Scienze di Roma.
As with all talent shows, contestants are judged by a panel of experts from the fields of science and communication.
FameLab came to Italy in 2012, thanks to the collaboration between the British Council and Psiquadro. It attracts a growing number of partners.

The Italian winner will compete against 30 other contestants from around the world at the final in June 2018 at the Cheltenham Science Festival.
